Ana Edgar Realtor | License ID: 340033
Hi, I’m Ana! I became a real estate agent because I love helping people through one of life’s biggest milestones — finding a place to call home. I serve Johnston, Nash, Wilson, Edgecombe, and Wake counties, and I’m passionate about helping clients discover the perfect fit in these wonderful communities.
My clients know me for being calm, honest, and hands-on. I pride myself on making the process as smooth and stress-free as possible while keeping them informed and confident every step of the way. Whether I’m negotiating, problem-solving, or just being a steady voice of reassurance, I always put their best interests first.
For me, the most rewarding part is seeing my clients light up when we find “the one” or when I get to hand over the keys. That moment makes all the hard work worth it.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with my dog, Dolly, and staying active to keep up with the busy pace of real estate life. My favorite feature in any home? A cozy, inviting kitchen — the true heart of where life happens.
Ashley Baker Broker-In-Charge/Director of Operations | License ID: 302882
Hi! I’m Ashley Baker, and I’ve been in real estate since 2018. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to assist with more than 1,300 transactions, and in 2022, I became the Broker-in-Charge at Jason Walters Real Estate. Around the office, I’m often called the “Lady behind the magic curtain” because I work behind the scenes to keep everything running as smoothly as possible. I make sure our agents have what they need to be successful and that every transaction stays on track.

I’ve been married to my husband, Ryan, since 2006, and we have three daughters—Paisley, Hayden, and Kerstyn—who keep life busy and fun. A lot of my free time is spent watching them play softball, which is one of my absolute favorite things to do. When I do get a little downtime, I enjoy coloring in detailed coloring books, baking, and taking dance classes.

I’m very involved in our community and love supporting our local schools through the Middle School and High School Athletic Booster Clubs. Family is incredibly important to me, and I’m proud to say our family farm has been in our family for over 65 years. It was my great-grandparents’ home, and we now live just behind it.
I’m also a huge dog lover and always enjoy traveling—especially going on cruises or taking trips with my family whenever we can.

When it comes to real estate, I love homes with large, open living spaces where families can truly spend time together. I believe the living room, dining room, and kitchen are the heart of the home, and having that open view makes all the difference.

Before real estate, I earned my Associates Degree in Architectural Technology in 2003 and later another degree in Medical Office Administration in 2011. Those experiences have helped shape my attention to detail and organization, which I bring into my work every day.

Hey there! I’m Christy Walters, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Jason Walters Real Estate. My husband, Jason, and I have been married for over 14 years, and I’ve had the privilege of being part of this business as it has grown over the years.

Behind the scenes, I assist with leads, communicate with clients, and manage our social media to help keep everything running smoothly. I truly enjoy connecting with people and making sure every client feels supported and taken care of throughout their real estate journey.

Jason and I are blessed with three beautiful children - our twin girls, who are 11, and our 13-year-old son - along with our furbaby who keeps things fun at home. We love spending time together as a family, especially watching our kids play ball and making memories along the way. Family and faith are at the center of everything I do, and those values guide how I serve others both in business and in life.

I love being a part of this community and building relationships with the people we serve. To me, real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes - it’s about helping families find the place where life happens.

Married with two children, I’m a passionate real estate professional who thrives on the excitement of connecting with new people and building lasting relationships. For me, real estate is about so much more than transactions - it’s about truly understanding my clients’ unique needs and dreams, and helping them find the perfect place to call home.
With over $31.5 million in sales, I’ve built a reputation for exceptional communication and a deep understanding of the world of real estate. I believe clear, open lines of communication are the keys to success, and I pride myself on making the buying or selling process as smooth and rewarding as possible.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me spending time with my family, relaxing at the beach, exploring new local restaurants, or hanging out with my beloved Lab mix, Hazel.
My favorite homes are light and bright with high ceilings, lots of windows, and spacious kitchens featuring large islands - the perfect spaces for gathering and making memories.
If you’re ready to turn your real estate goals into reality, let’s embark on this adventure together. I can’t wait to help you find your perfect home!
Isabelle Reeves Realtor | License ID: 353916
My love for real estate started with a lifelong interest in home improvement shows and a desire to help people in the same way—by turning houses into homes and guiding others through one of the most meaningful decisions of their lives. I serves buyers and sellers across Wake, Nash, Wilson, Johnston, and Franklin counties, bringing a personable, approachable style that makes the process less stressful and more enjoyable.
For me, the most rewarding part of work is being able to stand alongside my clients during one of the biggest sales or purchases they will ever make. Nothing compares to seeing the excitement and relief on closing day, knowing I played a part in helping them reach their goals. Clients often describe me as relatable, easy to talk to, and fun to work with.
Unlike some agents who take a cutthroat approach, I pride myself on staying down-to-earth and approachable while still working tirelessly to get results. With a strong drive to prove myself, I am committed to working day and night to ensure her clients’ success.
I have a special appreciation for unique and charming properties and believes every home tells its own story. My favorite moment in the process is stepping into a home for the first time—whether I am representing a buyer or seller—because it marks the beginning of a new journey and a new relationship.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy antiquing and searching for vintage treasures, especially lamps and paintings. At home, I share my life with my 6½-year-old cat, Girlfriend, who keeps things lively.
For me, real estate isn’t just a career—it’s a way to connect with people, celebrate milestones, and create new beginnings.
Jamie Smith Realtor | License ID: 320495
I got into real estate because of my brother, Jason, who inspired me to take the leap — and I’ve never looked back. I proudly serve Nash, Wilson, Edgecombe, Franklin, Wake, and Johnston counties, helping buyers and sellers on their next big adventure. The most rewarding part of this career is meeting excited clients and guiding them toward the next chapter of their journey.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been pulling off the deals that most would have given up on. With over 100 successful transactions completed, I’ve built a reputation for perseverance and creativity. I go the extra mile, think outside the box, and treat every home as if it were my own — because my clients deserve nothing less.
My greatest strength is simple: I’m the same person today, tomorrow, and every day. Authentic, approachable, and steady — the kind of person anyone can work with and talk to. My clients describe me as pleasant, enjoyable, no-pressure, and communicative, which makes the process smooth and stress-free. My real estate superpower? Just being me — small-town, country me — which helps clients feel at ease and trust that I’ll always be there for them.
When it comes to homes, my favorite feature is a beautiful fireplace, a cozy spot that instantly makes a house feel like home. But my favorite part of the process is the smiles on closing day — knowing I’ve helped bring that joy to someone’s life is priceless.
When I’m not working in real estate, you’ll usually find me enjoying time with my family — especially my grandkids — or traveling, gardening, and watching true crime documentaries. At home, I share life with my English Bulldog, Chubbs, and spend plenty of time with my goldendoodle grandpup, Chancellor.

Real estate has been my passion since high school, and today I’m proud to serve clients across Wake, Franklin, Johnston, Nash, Wilson, and Edgecombe counties. Helping people buy or sell a home isn’t just about the transaction — for me, it’s about being part of one of the biggest and most meaningful chapters in their lives. The most rewarding part of my job is knowing I’ve played a role in helping my clients achieve their goals and step into the next phase of their journey.
One of my proudest accomplishments has been building a business that reflects who I am — someone who leads with heart, listens deeply, and advocates fiercely for the people I serve. My greatest strength lies in my ability to personally connect with clients, truly understand their needs, and stand by them as a trusted guide and advocate.
Clients often describe working with me as a personal and caring experience where they feel seen, heard, and supported every step of the way. What sets me apart from other agents is my combination of emotional depth, authenticity, and a true desire to serve — not just sell.
When it comes to negotiations, I focus on what matters most to my clients and keep the spotlight firmly on their priorities. My real estate superpower is creating deep trust and emotional safety, allowing clients to feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process.
At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to make sure every client feels cared for, represented, and genuinely supported on their path to finding or selling their home.
Jessica Leon-Cruz Agent | License ID: 365838
My passion for helping others is what inspired me to become a real estate agent. I love being able to guide people through some of the most important moments in their lives, helping make the process feel less stressful and far more exciting. For me, real estate is about more than buying or selling a home — it’s about building meaningful relationships and helping clients find a place they can truly call home.
One of the most rewarding parts of my job is welcoming people into new communities and helping them find where they belong. Knowing a home may become the place where families create memories for years to come is something I never take for granted, and I consider it an honor to play a small part in that journey.
What sets me apart is my belief that real estate is about people first. I focuses on making sure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout every step of the process. My goal is always to put my clients’ best interests first while creating an experience built on trust, communication, and care.
One of my favorite features in a home is a front porch full of character. To me, a front porch does more than add curb appeal — it sets the tone for the entire home. It’s the first thing you see when you arrive and the last thing you see when you leave, creating a welcoming feeling that makes a house feel special.
When I am not working with clients, I enjoy traveling, discovering new food spots, and spending time baking. Some of my favorite local businesses include Taqueria La Placita for authentic Mexican food and Larema Coffee House for a great coffee stop. One thing that may surprise people about me is how much I love to bake — it’s one of my favorite ways to relax and unwind.
Matt Ray Realtor
I have been helping clients buy and sell homes for 7 years. What started as a simple suggestion from my first realtor, Jason Walters, turned into a true passion for real estate. I primarily serve Nash, Wilson, Edgecombe, and Franklin Counties, but don’t mind traveling to Johnston or Halifax when needed.
The most rewarding part of real estate for me is seeing the excitement on a buyer’s face when they get the keys to their new home. As both an educator and an Accredited Buyer’s Representative® (ABR®), I bring the heart of a teacher and the expertise of an agent to every transaction. My top priority is always my clients—I believe in loyalty, honesty, fairness, and trust. Many agents are in this business for the income, but I’m here for the outcome!
Outside of real estate, I enjoy local food spots across Eastern North Carolina, spending time with my wife and two dogs, Layla and Ruby, and winding down with a good thriller on Netflix.
Neyda Arreaga Agent | License ID: 360987
My interest in real estate began in high school, where I worked in a sales-oriented job in the heart of Selma. I loved meeting people from all walks of life and learning about their unique stories—whether they were purchasing their first straw hat or their fifth. This experience sparked my passion for helping and informing customers throughout the process, and I realized I wanted to apply these skills on a larger scale. Real estate felt like the perfect fit, allowing me to guide clients through one of the most exciting journeys of their lives.
I proudly serve Nash, Wilson, Edgecombe, Wake, Wayne, Johnston, and Franklin counties. The most rewarding part of my work is meeting new people and helping them either find their dream home or sell their property with as little stress as possible. One of my proudest accomplishments so far has been joining an amazing firm with knowledgeable, supportive partners.
My greatest strengths are my fresh perspective, enthusiasm, adaptability, and genuine eagerness to connect with people. I am dedicated to understanding my clients’ needs, guiding them through every step of the process, and making their real estate dreams a reality. Being bilingual in English and Spanish allows me to connect with a wider range of clients and build trust with diverse communities.
I was born and raised in Johnston County, and I’m thrilled to serve my community and surrounding areas. I love witnessing the growth and diversity of our neighborhoods. My favorite features in a home are high ceilings and barn doors, and I enjoy helping clients find homes that match their style and lifestyle.
Outside of work, I love exploring local gems and supporting small businesses. Some of my favorites include Wafflee Station in Micro, NC, for delicious waffles and holiday drinks; Puregreen in Clayton, NC, for wellness shots, acai bowls, and clean options; and Vida Dulce in Knightdale, Clayton, and Cary, for homemade ice cream and churros. When I’m not exploring or working, I spend time with my family. We share a passion for gardening, tending to flower beds, fruits, and vegetables throughout our yard.
A quote I live by is: “Let all that you do be done in love.” It’s a daily reminder to approach every interaction—whether in real estate or life—with care, passion, and kindness.

My background in mortgage and real estate inspired me to become a real estate agent because I saw firsthand how important it is to have the right guidance during a transaction. I wanted to provide clients with more than just access to homes — I wanted to give them the knowledge, communication, and strategy they need to make confident, informed decisions throughout the process.
The most rewarding part of my job is watching my clients go from feeling overwhelmed to feeling confident and excited, and ultimately seeing them walk away happy at closing. There’s nothing better than seeing everything come together in the end, whether it’s handing over the keys to a new home or successfully closing a sale.
One of my greatest strengths is understanding the financial side of real estate. With my background in both mortgage and real estate, I’m able to help clients not only find the right home but also make smart decisions that make sense for their long-term goals. I work hard to make sure my clients are fully prepared before we even enter the market by helping them understand financing, setting clear expectations, and developing a strong offer strategy. In today’s competitive market, it’s not always about offering the highest price — it’s about presenting a clean, confident offer that sellers trust.
What sets me apart is my strong focus on communication and transparency. I make it a priority to keep my clients informed every step of the way, respond quickly, and ensure nothing is overlooked or left unclear throughout the process. I want every client to feel confident, supported, and fully informed from start to finish. I’d say my superpower is communication because I believe that great communication creates smoother transactions and a better overall experience for everyone involved.
When it comes to homes, my favorite feature is a kitchen with an island — a space where people naturally gather, connect, and create memories together. Some of my favorite local spots are Rustic Root and Franko's Italian Steakhouse, two places I highly recommend for a great meal and atmosphere.

Trazjae Moss Realtor | License ID: 363380
My journey into real estate is deeply personal and rooted in resilience. After relocating to North Carolina 20 years ago following Hurricane Katrina, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to face housing insecurity and uncertainty. Those challenges shaped my passion for helping others find stability, comfort, and a place they can truly call home. My personal experiences have fueled a strong desire to guide others through one of the most important decisions of their lives with compassion, honesty, and understanding.
One of the most rewarding parts of real estate for me is being able to share my story with people who may feel uncertain or hesitant about purchasing a home. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers and find great fulfillment in helping clients gain the confidence to take that next step toward homeownership. Seeing someone realize that owning a home is possible for them is what continues to inspire me every day.
Clients describe me as honest, assiduous, attentive, business-forward, and always available when they need guidance throughout the home buying process. What truly sets me apart is the authenticity of my journey. The obstacles and life experiences I have overcome over the past two decades have shaped both my character and my approach to helping others. While my story may sometimes sound unbelievable, it is my real-life testimony — one that has inspired and encouraged many people along the way.
My favorite features in a home include large windows, vaulted ceilings, wide hallways, recessed lighting, spacious rooms, walk-in closets, walk-in showers, wraparound porches, covered back decks, and roomy backyards that create inviting spaces for gathering and making memories. I consider my real estate superpower to be my ability to connect with people, something I developed through more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. My strong conversational skills and welcoming personality help clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether visiting New Orleans or enjoying the beauty of the North Carolina mountains. Something that surprises many people is my sense of humor. While I often carru herself in a professional and business-focused manner, those closest to me — especially my husband — say I am one of the funniest people they know.
