A fun real estate fact is that open houses used to last for up to 12 hours long.

I have the best poodle named Dolly. She has the biggest personality and I love walking

her to the park while making work phone calls!

My favorite feature of a home is the backyard. I think a backyard can be the

perfect entertaining space, so I love to see how others set theirs up!

Local Fun Facts:

I have always lived in Wilson, North Carolina and I love it. West Nash Street was

actually named one of the top ten prettiest places in North Carolina a few decades ago.

It is fun starting to see the city grow.

I enjoy seeing large open floor plans in the living room, dining room, & Kitchen. This is the area that you will spend most of your time with family in and I feel that it is important to have an open view to see everyone.

Our family farm has been in the family for 60 years. It was my Great-grandparents home and we live behind that.

I have been married since 2006 to Ryan. We have 3 daughters: Paisley, Hayden, & Kerstyn. I graduated with an Associates Degree in Architectural Technology in 2003 and then again in 2011 with Associates Degree in Medical Office Administration. I received my Real Estate License in March of 2018. I became the Broker-in-Charge of Jason Walters Real Estate in 2022

My favorite restaurants are B's BBQ in Greenville and the Beefmastor Inn in Wilson. I'm always looking for escape room adventures as well!

No matter the market conditions, investing in real estate is a solid decision. There's only so much land available - and the population continues to increase. It's better to own property than to pay someone else's mortgage while renting.

 For me, a large yard is a MUST! Even better if there are some good shade trees! I love large, open rooms and hardwood floors!

I really enjoy Black Mountain, NC. It's a quiet town with a beautiful downtown scene - close to hiking and beautiful mountain views! 

Local Fun Facts: 

The Bailey/Middlesex/Spring Hope areas are growing as the hustle and bustle of Wake County expands outward. There's lots of new development in these communities - and some great eateries as well! The Country Doctor Museum is a popular attraction in Bailey for those who enjoy studying and learning about the history of medicine and surgeries. Also, Wilson is really booming right now - with a great downtown scene and the Vollis Simpson Whirligig Park. 

My passion as a real estate agent is to find buyers their dream home while also making it an exciting and fun journey.

Beyond real estate I am a member of Holly Grove Baptist Church here in Spring Hope and enjoy spending time with family and friends. 

My personal favorite spot in a home is the back porch/patio. It is a perfect spot to host gatherings and spend time with loved ones.
