My journey into real estate is deeply personal and rooted in resilience. After relocating to North Carolina 20 years ago following Hurricane Katrina, I experienced firsthand what it feels like to face housing insecurity and uncertainty. Those challenges shaped my passion for helping others find stability, comfort, and a place they can truly call home. My personal experiences have fueled a strong desire to guide others through one of the most important decisions of their lives with compassion, honesty, and understanding.
One of the most rewarding parts of real estate for me is being able to share my story with people who may feel uncertain or hesitant about purchasing a home. I especially enjoy working with first-time home buyers and find great fulfillment in helping clients gain the confidence to take that next step toward homeownership. Seeing someone realize that owning a home is possible for them is what continues to inspire me every day.

What truly sets me apart is the authenticity of my journey. The obstacles and life experiences I have overcome over the past two decades have shaped both my character and my approach to helping others. My favorite features in a home include large windows, vaulted ceilings, wide hallways, recessed lighting, spacious rooms, walk-in closets, walk-in showers, wraparound porches, covered back decks, and roomy backyards that create inviting spaces for gathering and making memories. I consider my real estate superpower to be my ability to connect with people, something I developed through more than 20 years in the hospitality industry. My strong conversational skills and welcoming personality help clients feel comfortable, understood, and supported throughout the process.
Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, whether visiting New Orleans or enjoying the beauty of the North Carolina mountains. Something that surprises many people is my sense of humor. While I often carru herself in a professional and business-focused manner, those closest to me — especially my husband — say I am one of the funniest people they know.
